WHECO provided an IROAN—Inspect & Repair Only as Necessary—to a Link-Belt HTC8670 hydraulic truck crane. For a small crane rental company, its 70-ton Link-Belt crane was the bread and butter of its rental fleet, and needed some work to keep it productive.
