This Manitowoc 777T sustained significant but repairable damage when it turned over on a wind project. WHECO provided a full turn-key repair that included engineered structural repairs as well as comprehensive mechanical, hydraulic, and electric/electronic repairs. The crane was re-certified and returned to service.

  Rotating bed cracks were discovered on a Manitowoc 4100 Series II as well as some previous and ineffective non-OEM attempts to resolve the issue. WHECO provided engineering procedures and a repair solution that were both approved by Manitowoc. The repairs were performed and the supporting documentation was provided to the customer.      

This Grove HL 150 jib base section damage resulted from a two-block incident. All four chords were bent upward with the center of the bend being just forward of the support plate that tied the upper and lower chords together.

  The top plate on a Grove TMS750 crane boom was damaged due to an overload. An engineered repair was developed by WHECO and approved by Manitowoc. The crane was repaired, documented, and returned to revenue-generating service.
