Projects: Repairing Aging and Obsolete Crane Boom
Repair of Lima Boom Tip Section
WHECO was given the challenge to provide repairs to an older Lima boom tip section that was damaged as the result of a two-blocking accident. Since this was an out of production component WHECO provided and engineered repair to restore the boom tip to its original design
Projects: Demag Crawler Crane Turn-Key Repair
WHECO performed a series of challenging structural repairs to put this Demag crawler crane back into revenue generating service. In addition to repairing/restoring 180′ of main boom and 120′ of jib, the superstructure was severly damaged requiring extensive repairs.
