THE WHECO WARRANTY
WHECO warrants all workmanship for accident related structural repairs supplied or performed by it during the repair of this equipment/component for a period of five (5) years. A one (1) year warranty will apply to all other non-accident related structural repairs. A 90 day parts only warranty will apply to all WHECO manufactured and supplied parts. WHECO will provide a parts only warranty for vendor supplied parts in accordance with the terms and conditions of the vendor. Labor and expenses are not provided for WHECO or vendor supplied parts and components. Only work authorized by WHECO will be considered for warranty. Failed parts are to be shipped to WHECO, freight prepaid. WHECO’s warranty does not cover down time or replacement equipment. WHECO may request the maintenance records for the equipment during the warranty period for review. It is the owner’s responsibility to furnish the maintenance, operators and parts manuals specific to this machine.
WHECO manufactures/repairs all cranes/booms AND related components to meet or exceed all known OSHA, Cal-OSHA, AWS, ANSI requirements and specifications. When repairing or duplicating a component, WHECO applies specialized engineering procedures, such as independent lab chemical and strength analysis to determine the material match. All work is performed by qualified mechanics and welders certified to procedures written by independent welding consultants to AWS and other required standards. Certifications are maintained in the job files for review if requested. All engineered repairs are third party, NDT inspected, and WHECO guarantees its work to be certifiable. WHECO is fully insured and bondable.
